Eye Spy

Canadian Lynx

Waiting patiently, but intently, this young male Lynx watches from cover, for his prey to move closer. Territorial and solitary, the Canadian Lynx hunts alone, and relies almost exclusively on the snowshoe hare for food. He stalks his prey during dawn and dusk, when the light is low and the hare is active.
