Mountain Bluebird
“Countless miracles happen every day, if only we look close enough to see them.”
A tiny bluebird makes his way into the world.
From inside his egg, this tiny bird pecks a thin line all the way around the center of his egg. After resting for a while, he begins to push the two pieces apart. Awkward and slow, he wiggles from side to side until he is free from the lower half of the beautiful blue egg, that he has called home. After several minutes of fussing with his eggshell hat, he is unable to pull it from his head At that moment, his mother returns to help. She easily lifts the egg off his tiny head and eats both halves, leaving him a cozy spot in the nest. She nestles in to warm him as they wait for his other siblings to triumph over the same beautiful challenge so they can welcome them each into the world.
